Hon. Felix V. Ople, Board Member - First District

The son of one of the most illustrious statesmen of the country, the late Blas Ople, Board Member Toti Ople is a first term member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. Before his assumption of office as board member, he had served as municipal mayor of Hagonoy for three consecutive terms in 1998-2007 and as one termer councilor in 1995-1998. For his outstanding performance as local chief executive of his municipality, he was honored as Most Outstanding Mayor–Gintong Kabataan Awardee in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Aside from his current government position, he is presently the Vice-President of the Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute located in Metro Manila. He obtained his AB Economics degree at the Ateneo De Manila University.

He currently chairs the Committee on Environmental Protection and Committee on Labor and Employment in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
