Board Member Mark Cholo is a second termer Barangay Chairman of San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan. The son of San Rafael Vice-Mayor Cipriano Violago, Jr. and the former Ma. Isabel Inoncillo, BM Violago was born on August 28, 1984. Winning over his closest rival, former Board Member Ferdinand Estrella of Baliwag, he emerged as the new president of the Panlalawigang Liga ng mga Barangay, automatically assuming the position as an ex-officio board member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

This youthful gentleman, who is happily married to Cindy De Guzman with two healthy kids, finished his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. at the Centro Escolar University in 2003, When not occupied with his public chores, he can be seen attending to his daily business responsibilities as owner/manager of Gas Asia Inc., located in Taytay, Rizal, X5 Forwarders in San Rafael and X5 Marketing & LPG Refilling Plant in Valenzuela City.

As a newly installed lawmaker of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, BM Violago believes that he can contribute well in coming up with meaningful legislations geared towards the attainment of the 7 point development agenda of the provincial governor. With the proper guidance and mentoring of his more seasoned and skillful colleagues, he knows he can perform his mandated duties and responsibilities efficiently, and thus, ably serves his constituents and communities with the best of his abilities.

“As a newly elected member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, representing the 569 barangays in the province, my foremost desire is to encourage my fellow barangay captains to become enthusiastic and vigorous leaders so that we can truly make a difference in our respective barangay. I also promise to perform my duties as a legislator faithfully and consistently,” BM Violago expressed with all humility during the session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

He assumed his position as an ex-officio member on December 22, 2010. He currently chairs the Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Human Rights.
