WELCOME to the Official Website of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. This initiative of opening our lines for a much bigger public service through available and accessible communication medium will bring the Sanggunian closer to the Bulakenyos.

With just a click of the mouse, our fellow Bulakenyos will be updated with the latest information on approved resolutions and ordinances, as well as the programs and projects of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

Through your reactions and responses, we can mutually help each other in positively addressing important concerns and in taking affirmative actions for the betterment of our fellow Bulakenyos.
