Health and Sanitation Code and GAD Code Signed into Law City of Malolos – Two of the most important ordinances the Sangguniang Panlalawigan had recently enacted, namely the Health and Sanitation Code of Bulacan and the Gender and Development (GAD) Code, were formally signed into law in a ceremonial signing program held during the Monday Flag Raising program last May 7, 2012 at the Provincial Gymnasium.
